This installation is comprised of a wax hexagon representing each of my known ancestors going back 20 generations on both my maternal and paternal size. Each hexagon is inscribe with a name and a birth date and death date, if known. My name is inscribed on the center hexagon in the arc, and the generations fan out on either side of me.

Each hexagon has a name inscribed and is tied to their spouse. Gaps were left to represent the unknown spaces in my family line.
